Brett Goldstein was born on July 17, 1980, in Sutton, London, England. Brett's family is British Jewish, and he has a sister named Tara. After high school, Goldstein studied acting at  the University of Warwick and earned a degree in Film & Feminism. He then briefly lived in Marbella, Spain, where he worked at a strip club owned by his father.
